Thank you for considering our refund and returns policy. At EZ Parts, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures regarding refunds and returns.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have the marks that we do with paint on some places of the part. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as electronics like ECU, ECM or other modules.

We also do not accept returns on gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to Lithuania, Panevezys LT-35117.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of the return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please mail your product to Lithuania, Panevezys LT-35117. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
