Order Handling Time
All orders require a handling and processing time of up to 3 business days before they are shipped. During this time, parts are inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Customers can choose between three shipping methods at checkout. Delivery times begin after the order handling period.

  1. Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  2. Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

  3. Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery within up to 15 business days.

• Please note that this shipping method does not include package tracking.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the shipping carrier, and external circumstances such as holidays.

Shipping Responsibility & Possible Delays
EZParts is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order; however, we are not a shipping carrier. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery times and possible delays depend on the carrier and factors such as holidays, logistics issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Large or Oversized Parts
Some automotive parts may have large dimensions or special handling requirements. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply. If this occurs, customers will be notified before shipment is finalized.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Our policy is to first attempt to replace the damaged part with another identical, undamaged part. If a replacement part is not available in stock, we will proceed with a refund.
